The Wright State Physicians Women’s Health Care (WSPWHC) group is the faculty department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.[1] In November of 2013, WSPWHC group signed a transfer agreement with infamous late-term abortionist and partial-birth abortion pioneer Martin Haskell in order to circumvent Ohio law requiring ambulatory surgical facilities to have a written transfer agreement (WTA) with a nearby, privately-funded hospital.[1] Haskell performs abortions in Ohio at his Women’s Med Dayton facility.
