Janis W. Pinnelli is married to Joe Pinnelli. The couple lives in Austin, TX. Janis has been a board member for The Women’s Fund of Central Texas and a committee member for the Girl Scouts Lone Star Chapter Capital Campaign.[1]
Education
Janis Pinnelli along with her husband Joe graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. She earned a BBA in Accounting, followed by service as a Treasury Agent.[1]
J. Pinnelli Company
Janis Pinnelli (CFO) and her husband Joe Pinnelli are owners of J. Pinnelli Company. They have worked together in the construction industry for over thirty years. The company specializes in the preservation of Texas landmarks, two of which are recorded on the National Register of Historic Places. Many others recognized by state and local preservation agencies. Joe was appointed by Governor Ann Richards to the State Preservation Board which directly oversaw the restoration of the Texas Capitol.[1]
Annie's List
As of April 19, 2012, Janis W. Pinnelli served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Annie's List. She also serves on the Steering Committee for the organization.[2] Annie's List is an organization aiming to elect pro-abortion legislators in Texas.
Planned Parenthood
As at May 31, 2012, Janis W. Pinnelli served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors at Planned Parenthood of the Texas Capital Region.[3]
