As at 2011, Amy Bigman is on the board of governors for Faith Aloud. The mission of Faith Aloud is "to eliminate the religious stigma of abortion," and was incorporated in 1982. [1]

As of July 2007, Amy Bigman is the rabbi of Congregation Shaarey Zedek in East Lansing, MI.[2]

-Amy Bigman was the assistant director of the Ecumenical Institute from 1996-2000.[2]

-Bigman was on the advisory committee for Jewish Experiences for Families.[2]

-Bigman served as president for two years for the Association of Reform Rabbis.[2]

-Bigman was on the board for Jewish Fund for Human Needs.[2]


Missouri Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice

Amy Bigman was on the board (representing St. Louis Rabbinical Association) for the Missouri Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice, which is "an interfaith organization devoted to ensuring the reproductive health and rights of women". In 2007, Bigman recieved the president's award for the Missouri Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice.[2]


East Lansing Area Clergy Association

Amy Bigman is the founder of the East Lansing Area Clergy Association.[2]
