Hugh Findlay

Dr. Hugh Allan Findlay is married to Linda Dugdale. The two form a husband and wife team working together as abortionists/certifying consultants. They are originally from Zimbabwe and they have 2 children, Michael and Sarah. Findlay is also the manager of City Medical, Ltd Napier. He also does skin cancer treatment in the same Villa that abortions are done at the Hawke's Bay Hospital in Hastings.
Certifying Consultant
As at 11 November, 2009, Findlay was a Certifying Consultant at the Terrace Clinic, OPD, in the Hawke's Bay Hospital. Certifying consultants have the job of approving or disapproving a mother being permitted to have her pre-born child killed by abortion.[1]
