Rachael Goldsmith
Rachael Goldsmith is a spokesperson for the Abortion Law Reform Association of New Zealand who is currently running as a Green Party candidate in Clutha-Southland.
Early Life & Education
Rachael Goldsmith has stated she grew up in a family who were members of the Society for the Protection of the Unborn Child.[1]
ALRANZ
Goldsmith became a member of ALRANZ in July 2012 after reading late-term abortionist Margaret Sparrow's book, Abortion Then & Now. She stated that shortly after this, ALRANZ spokeswoman Allison McCulloch emailed her, asking if she could help her organize pro-abortion meetings in Southland.[1]
On August 16, 2012, Goldsmith spoke alongside Otago University researcher, Lien Trinh, and ALRANZ spokeswoman Allison McCulloch at a meeting to discuss the Southern District Health Board’s decision to offer abortion services at Southland Hospital.[1]
Green Party
Rachael Goldsmith is the Green Party Candidate for Clutha-Southland in the September, 2014 election.
