Blanchard is a graduate of the University of Oregon Law School.[1]

Planned Parenthood

From 2000 - 2001, Scott Blanchard, then based in Traverse City, MI, served on the Board of Directors for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion business in the U.S.A.[2]

Planned Parenthood Northern Michigan

Scott Blanchard has worked as Executive Director/CEO for Planned Parenthood Northern Michigan since 1987.[1] As at July 4, 2002, Blanchard was still CEO for the affiliate.[3] By June 24, 2005, Blanchard was no longer the CEO for the affiliate.[4]
